- Jog on a treadmill for 30 minutes at a moderate pace.
- Leg Press (Cybex or Nautilus Machine) 1 X 12 X 150 lbs, 1 X 12 X 175, 1 X 12 X 200
- Leg Press (Plate loaded equipment) 1 X 12 X 270, 2 X 12 X 300
- Hack Squat 3 X 12 X 70 lbs
- Leg extension 3 X 12 X 50 lbs
- Dead Lift 2 X 20 X 100 lbs
- Back Extension (Cybex or Nautilus Machine) 3 X 12 X 100 lbs
- Back Extension (Equipment) 3 X 12 X Body Weight
- Ab Crunch 3 X 12 X 50 lbs
